A: It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 30-35 days after receiving deposit.
Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: T/T (30% for deposit, the 70% balance to be paid before delivery), alibaba assurance order, Western Union, Paypal, L/C at sight…etc.
Q: Do you have R&D department?
A: Yes, we have skilled engineers and our R&D team will create at least one series new products every year.
Q:what is sink order QTY as usually?
A:As usually, our handmade sinks are packed in 1pcs/cartoon. 20FT can fit 200-250pcs sinks,40HQ can fit 500-550pcs sinks. Our MOQ is 20pcs/item. The more QTY you order , the more discount we can provide.
Q: What is the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?
A:For sample, we accept the payment sent by T/T, for orders, we can accept T/T or L/C.
Q: What is the whole process for doing business with us ?
A:1) First, please provide details of the products you need we quote for you.
2) If price is acceptable and client need sample, we provide Proforma Invoice for client to arrange payment for sample.
3) If client approve sample and require for bulk production for order, we will provide Proforma Invoice for client, and we will arrange to produce at once when we get 30% deposit.
4) We will send photos of all goods, packing, details for client after goods are finished. We will arrange shipment and provide original B/L when the client pay the balance.
